Hello there,

If this is your first time looking at this, Welcome. I live in the Rutherglen area of Glasgow and I am in the middle of setting up business. Well enough of that. I am newly appointed Pipe Major of East Kilbride's Grade 4 pipe band. That's a wow I hear you say.. Well it's a big deal for me. :)

I've been playing the bagpipes for 25 years and am very much enjoying being back in touch with the pipe band circle. I'm looking forward to a hard winter of practice and then getting out into the competition field again after an 11 year break.

In other times when i'm not doing that, I like to tinker with computers. I have built numerous systems for friends and family letting them enjoy a high spec computer for a while. I started learning about computers when I was a night auditor in a youth hostel in Paris. Yes, I speak French.. But don't ask me to for the hell of it. ;)
