You see a really skinny girl and you think, oh she must be anorexic, or bulimic or something (but you don't know her story). You see a heavy person and you think they're lazy, or they eat away their problems (but you don't know their story). You see a girl with big boobs and obviously she's a slut, or a hore (but you don't know her story).

You see someone with a lot of bracelets and you think, oh I bet they cut (but you don't know their story). There are so many things like this out there, and not once does anyone stop to think that they might be wrong. Rarely does anyone try to connect with these people, and, well ... shouldn't we? Shouldn't we talk to the boy who sits in the back of the class and never talks to anyone?


Shouldn't we take the time to say hi to people in the hallway? Shouldn't we make the effort, because, I mean, what if it was you?
