Pole Fitness Classes
Independant Pole are opening A Brand New Pole Studio at 1576 Maryhill Road Glasgow. We are open Mon-Fri 5.30-8.30
All classes are purely fitness based concentrating on building Stamina, Cadiovascular, Muscle and Core Strength.
There are 13 levels of moves to learn from beginner through to advanced technique levels.
Classes are £35.oo per month for 4x1 hour lessons
