COMIC GIG TO ASSIST SEARCH
.A top funnyman is pulling out all the stops to help find Amy FItzpatrick.
Dublin comic Dave Young said that he wqas approached by the charity for missing British tot Madeleine Mccann- but refused to gig believing there is "nothing" he could do to help.
But when it comes to Amy, who hasnt been seen for nearly a year and a half Dave thinks "PLENTY" can be done.
The jester said " When i was asked to do a show for Madeleine I knew her family had been fetured extensively in the globa media." But sadly Amy's family have not had the same exposure.
" I didn't feel my show would help any further to find Madeleine, whereas I believe Amy could still well be alive.
The gig will take place at the Airport HIlton Hotel in Clare Hall Dublin on June 19th.

I SAW AMY AT PETROL STATION STORE
Missing teen Amy Fitzpatrick was spotted buying cigarettes days after she vanished, according to a new witness.
Builder George O' Neill said he saw the girl at a petrol station.
He reported the sighting to Spanish Cops but went public with his story only yesterday after they failed to contact him about the lead.
Now Amy's Mum Audrey will press the police for Answers. Audrey 40, told the Irish Sun "I will raies it at our monthly meeting with the GUardia Civil on Monday. They should review his statement to see if there is anything in it.
Pretty Amy, Originally from Dublin, disappeared on New Years Day 2008. The 15 year old was last seen walking from a Pal's house on the costa del sol.
Now George has recealed what could be vital new evidence to explain what happened to the youngster.
The Irish Man said he saw Amy on January 3 or 4 at a garage in the town of Coin- 15 miles from where she vanished in Mijas. George, who lives in Coin, was having coffee at a service station cafe when he noticed the "striking young girl" buying fags.
He recalled " it wasn't until two days later when I picked up the paper with Amy's photo and it dawned on me that I had seen this girl".

ARTICLE IN THE SUNDAY WORLD 16TH NOVEMBER 2008
A DECOMPOSED BODY IN A SUITCASE HAS BEEN FOUND IN THE SAME VILLAGE WHERE MISSING IRISH TEENAGER AMY FITZPATRICK DISAPPEARED EARLIER THIS YEAR.
WORRIED MEMBERS OF AMY'S FAMILY ARE WAITING ON SPANISH FORENSIC INVESTIGATORS TO EXAMINE THE BODY, WITH INITIAL REPORTS THAT THE BODY IS FEMALE. POLICE SAY A RAMBELER FOUND THE REMAINS IN A SUITCASE IN A NEARBY RIVER BED.
THEY ADDED THAT IT APPEARS TO BE THE REMAINS ARE ABOUT A YEAR OLD.
MISSING
DUBLINER AMY (15) WENT MISSING WHILE WALKING HOME TO HER SPANISH APARTMENT ON JANUARY 1ST. SHE LIVE THERE WITH HER MOTHER AUDREY, BROTHER DEAN AND AUDREY'S PARTNER DAVE
AMY'S AUNT CHRISTINE SAID LAST NIGHT THE FAMILY WERE QUITE WORRIED.
"WE WERE TOLD INITIALLY THAT THE BODY WAS A MAN'S BUT NOW WE ARE BEING TOLD THAT THE BODY IS A FEMALE'S" SHE SAID.
"WE ARE STILL WAITING TO SEE AND WE ARE PRAYING IT'S NOT AMY"

AUDREY WAS INFORMED ON THURSDAY THAT THE BODY WAS NOT AMY'S, IT IS THE BODY OF AN ADULT MALE. THE POLICE HAVE CONFIRMED THIS TO AUDREY AND OBVIOUSLY WHEN SHE GOT THE PHONE CALL TO SAY THEY FOUND A BODY SHE WAS HISTERICAL. THE POLICE ARE 100% POSITIVE THAT IT IS NOT AMY.1 Comment 370 days
