Hello all,

Don't forget the "Best of the Best" South Eastern Championships we are running this Saturday (3rd October) in the Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey Co. Wexford. It's an open tournament for all styles of Martial Arts with divisions in Patterns, Weapons, Point Sparring and Continuous Sparring. Registration is at 9:30AM. Yup everything is good. No i wasnt at the nationals. My grandad died.. Training is good. We had master darcy down training with us tonight. It was a great class. No my next grading is in july. Going for 2nd degree!. Are u going to pittsburg??
