Well Happy New Year, I guess its been ages since I've come on here so apologies for disowning you all, anyway i'm back, new list, few overlaps from the last one but should be ok since they weren't covered once again, i've tried to compensate everybody's needs, please say your opinion on it though as anything said will be taken into consideration for the next list. Right well here it is, rules are still the same, read somewhere in the blog to get them. Deadline is end of February so 28th? I think. Right i've thought up a list, but i want feedback on whether its balanced enough for everyone, its difficult trying to make everybody happy. Basically if you can get one of these recorded and sent to the email address: Bebolivelounge@hotmail.com before August 31st. 13 days is that enough time for people or should i extend this into Septembers competition. Basically bands will get the chance to record a cover of their choice (but a cover preferbly as its just more fun than an original). Now i'm debating whether there should be a set list of 20 songs to choose from which change every month or whether you can do whichever you want. I feel it would be more fun to have restricted choice because then people are more likely to cover something they would normally turn their noses up at. Anyway i'll put that to a poll.

So once a band/artist has selected a cover they need to record it, after this is done it should be sent to the email address (see top of page) All covers will then be judged before the best five are chosen and there will a month for members to vote for the best cover out of these 5. The winner then gets their cover posted on the page for a year gaining free publicity and hopefully new fans. Any band/artist can enter.

The list of covers (should this be the option that is chosen) is posted up on the first day of the month. Bands then choose one and only one, record it and send it in. They are then judged and narrowed down to 5 which will be posted up on the 1st of the following month to be judged for that whole month. Meanwhile as this is going on new songs have been posted up for bands to choose again and send in then these will be judged by myself whilst the poll for last months cover is going on. So it will work a month behind. Sorry its difficult to explain, if you need more info on this I will go into in more detail.

Unitl then add the group as we need as many members as possible to contribute to the votes, band members should add too so they can see their competition and hear about how they are doing.
