    Master Darcy , thank you sir for the seminar on Saturday , it was an excellant class as usual sir, we all came away better students and after your inspiring speech , we will all train harder this year . We are all really looking forward to Grandmaster Cho's visit in
    September.

    Thanks to Master Darcy for the seminar on Saturday, It was a an excellent seminar and all the students learned a lot and were inspired to train harder. We are so grateful to have a Master who is such a dedicated and excellent teacher. Thank you sir.

    Don't forget the "Best of the Best" South Eastern Championships we are running this Saturday (3rd October) in the Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey Co. Wexford. It's an open tournament for all styles of Martial Arts with divisions in Patterns, Weapons, Point Sparring and Continuous Sparring. Registration is at 9:30AM.
