- Crossing The Line Films are currently producing Growing Up Gay, a two-part series for RTE1 which aims to explore the experience of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people around Ireland. The series will be filmed over the course of 2009 and is due for broadcast in early 2010. We are currently looking for young people aged 14-21 to share their perspectives on everything from school and family life; the experience of coming out; the drama of love and relationships and the pain of discrimination and bullying.

Sparkle’s is a three day celebration that has never before been done in Limerick. It is a weekend of understanding, acceptance and fun. Sparkle’s is a safe space for members of the LGBT community and their friends.

If you go to nothing else this year go to Queerbash. Our annual fundraising event, usually incorporating approximately 400 people, this will be a night of total debaucracy and madness!

Beginning at 11 this will be a day of workshops and talks based around the LGBT community.
