I started training in 1980 in the UK predominately, moved to America trained for (2yrs) Germany (1yr) and Middle East (3yrs). I practice Traditional Shōtōkan Karate
My Ambition: "To perform techniques without thinking just reacting!"
My Best Achievements to date are
Producing the Defending Against Attack Series!
Qualifying as a Commercial pilot & Flight Instructor,
First Anglo - Iranian to complete boot Camp and Military Service
Actikarate no politics, just hard training!
I have had few bad experiences along the way and these stand out:- Blind Date, attacked on three occasions (twice with a knife), been asked to sing!
What makes me smile definitely my students - superstars all of them!
Favourite film without a doubt ‘The karate Kid’ loved the storyline old handy man / secret master - stubborn, - Music

Staff monitored 103 individuals charged with such offences in one week in June during an anti-knife crime operation.
