- Make chilli:
- Fry mince until brown, add onion, garlic, pepper, chillis, stock cube, salt n pepper, jalapenos. Fry for a little bit........Add beans and chopped tomatoes. Mix in some mixed herbs. add some sugar and some vinegar. simmer for ages....do approximately 4 prank phone calls, then serve the chilli with rice, jalapenos, flour tortillas and MORE CHILLIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KEN.
