Great three days launching 50/50.
Really enjoyed the book signing bit (little ol' me with people wanting me to sign a book - beter than an orgasm!).
Simon & Soul Reason kicked it off (got let down by 3 members of Simon but Soul Reason
were quailty and got everyone jumping). Cheers to Dermot & Skinner as well.
The Showbands night in The Tower was very funny. The speeches were supposed to be about 20 mins long , but Rocky Mills, Dick Hays & a load of other singers took to the mic so that part lasted almost two hours!
Brilliant turn out Saturday night in Electric Av, and four great bands (how good are Saviours Of Space).
Made 1,400 for the Hospice, and the book sold almost 400 copies in the first ten days. I ordered a small re-print but that'll be gone before Christmas as well!!

In Fitzwilton Hotel, night for family friends (consider yourself all invited) and the sponsors that have helped me out.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON
Book signing (sweet jesus - for all the 6 people who'll show up) with an acoustic season by local band GORBACHOV.

SATURDAY NIGHT 29TH NOV

Four live bands in Electric Avenue (so far anyway i think!).
SAVIOURS OF SPACE, NUERO, SOLID STATE, THE NERVOUS BREAKDOWNS.
5 Euro on door- all proceeds to Waterford Hospice.

Haven't updated for while folks. The book is near finished (37 of the 50 bands done), I'll eventually get round to the first band I said I'd interview - Simon!

Don't know about you but I can never find any f***king soap in my house. I think the dog keeps eating it or Callum is swallowing it , our feeding it to the crows outside.
Failed my first attempt at passing the Driving test because I didn't continue the flow of the traffic at a roundabout.
Hard to take but even harder on my stone-face driving instructor who I brought on a joy ride after I knew I ballsed up.
