Oh yeah I joined a Keep-fit class last night and the guy did a BMI seemingly I'm wait for it OBESE, he didn't pull any punch's I was like obese now jeese, I might have a few pounds over what I usually am but that seems a bit harsh. I felt a bit better when my mate who's 8 stone was overweight and my other mate was verging on obese she's a grand 9 stone. And do you know the worst thing about it, it made me hungry!

Ah Hi pet, It's great to hear from you. Ah we had a fairly disasterous Christmas we were all dying with the flu and bugs. I'm not joking I thought I was going to die, it was the worst dose I've had in a long time. Anyhow we've attacked January with great enthuasiasm and have had a few crazy weekends, but It's tough when you have to get up with Crazy Baba, he's zipping around in his walker now.
