Thank You Everyone
Ok recently I have been diagnosed with Hyperactive Thyroid aka Graves Disease. Its when the body produces mass amounts of antibodies and attacks the thyroid, which ultimate leads to other problems such as heart beat increases, metabolism in the body increases which causes the body weight to decrease and body breaks down food alot quicker than normal plus other side effects. Anyways I have been treated by not only the local GP (General Practitioner) but also the Thyroid specialist from the Princess Alexander Burke St Clinic. I am on the road to recovery with the help of the two types of medication I have to take daily. My weight is now creeping back to its normal size I was before I was diagnosed (from 74kg to 58-59kg in a spand of two months and now back at 70kg and creeping up lol).
However, I do like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone, family, friends, church family, General Practitioners, work mates, well basically everyone that has approached me showing and voicing their concerns or reminding me that I needed to eat more and gain more weight...I feel 100% now but pending all clear from the specialist...errr

But that other person was too afraid to let you??
Too many of us stay closed because we are too afraid to care too much
For fear that the other person does not care as much, or at all
Have you eva denied your feelings for someone
B'coz ur fear of rejection was too hard to handle?
We tell lies when we are afraid...afraid of what we don't kno
Afraid of what others will thing, afraid of what will be found out about us
But every time we lie to ourselves...the thing we fear grows stronger
Life is all about risks and it requires you to jump
Don't be a person who has to look back and wonder
What they would have, or could have had.....
NO ONE WAITS FOREVER....!!!
