An astounding poem written by the Daisy Rose Bateman.
The ledgend of two Pizza fans
One day when it was late in May,
My friend Cammy and I,
enjoyed a lovely sunny day,
atop a hill sky high.
Now on this hill there was a tree,
on which some fruit grew,
A funny fruit I'm sure you'll agree,
Like none I ever knew
It looked sweeter than a grape,
and bigger than a melon too,
It had a quite peculiar shape,
And it grew and grew and grew.
It was brighter than an apple skin,
And looked as fresh as grass,
And this tree was so tall and thin,
This fruit was far from my grasp.
Now on this one particular day,
We forgot to take some food,
But cammy had a bright Idea,
He's such a clever dude!
He climbed up that big magical tree,
He climbed right to the top,
He picked the best fruits he could see,
And threw them in a pot.
Me and Cammy were full of Joy,
and couldn't wait to eat,
So we sat down hoping to enjoy
This very special treat.
We took a bite and munched it whole,
and stopped amazed by what we found.
This fruit it tasted just like Pizza,
We danced around and around.
Now if you want to find me or Cammy,
every moment we have spare,
We are eating pizza, you come too!
Theres plenty for us to share!
