This is a strictly mathematical viewpoint...it goes like this:

What Makes 100%? What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%. How about achieving 103%? What makes up 100% in life?

Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

So, one can conclude with mathematical certainty that While Hard work and Knowledge will get you close, and Attitude will get you there, it's the Bullshit and Ass kissing that will put you over the top.

This is a story/poem about a girl who has broken up with her boyfriend, but still has feelings for him, but he did not feel the same way about her anymore.

She looks at him from far away
Hoping hard that he would stay

He does not know how she really feels
Only thinks she’s not acting real

She keeps him close right in her heart
Only knowing they’ll drift apart

She thinks of him both day and night
But one day they had a fight

She told him that she loved him so
And that she didn’t want to let him go

He told her she shouldn’t dare
Cause he really didn’t care

She felt the pain straight in her heart
Feeling as if she’ll fall apart

She really wanted to end her life
So she went to get the knife

Thinking back to those old times
She didn’t think that it’s a crime

To love someone the way she had
The only one that makes her sad

She still watches him from far away
Watching her world turn from blue to grey…
