Swine flu, the truth.
Im so bored and theres nothing to do at 1:34 in the morning, so i guess i will talk about the previous days.
On Thursday morning it became apparent that i was ill, as i could barely move, my throat felt twice the size, my nose, as Lee Evans would say was "like a river" and i had a cough which sounded like it belonged to come 67 year old smoker.
Anyway, despite offering to go to school, mum and i agreed it would be better that i stayed at home, i then fell asleep for some much needed extra hours untill i finally aroused at about 11:30-11:45. I soon remembered i had left over sweet and sour chicken from the Chinese takeaway we'd had the previous night so i warmed that up and watched The Polar Express, which by the way i do not reccomend to anyone who isn't at all into cheesy x-mas songs, moody, above the age of 10 or wants to live there life without realising they had wasted about 2 hours of it.
On Friday i wasn't feeling any better, despite lots of paracetamol (which btw i still believe is a gift from God), lots of lemonade and pure orange juice and lots of bed. At one point mum suggested this drink which was for colds, flu and other related symptoms, honey and lemon flavour. Possibly the worst thing i had ever consumed in my entire life, i heaved three times after taking one sip, i do not reccomend that either. In my opinion, it made me worse.
On Saturday i was feeling a lot better, in fact all i had was a runny nose and cough in the morning, but throughout the day my runny nose faded away and all i had was a cough which had altered my voice and made me sound like a man. Or atleast a very bad imatation of one.
The fact of the matter is that i had swine flu. I could of just said this at the start but i was feeling sorry for myself and wanted people to hear my story of how awful it was to be bed bound for two days. Anyway, swine flu is the same as normal flu, but more powerful, i do not mean that the symptoms are worse or anything, its just that say you were healthy and wouldnt normally get flu becuase of a strong emune system, well swine flu is stronger and can still make you get flu, even though your healthy. You see? What people forget is that normal flu kills people as well as swine flu, the difference between the two is that one originates from mexico and has hysterically funny jokes including Miss Piggy from the muppets and Piglet from winnie the poo.
Anyway, all i wanted was to make clear my opinion on swine flu. I hope that my boredom and choosing to type all this drivvle hasnt left you suicidle or realising that to read this you must have no life. Either way in most cases, they result to self harm so please, sit on your hands or something and keep them away from a knife. I hope my sarcasm and humour was enough to keep you reading. bye bye's =)
