  • Hi folks

    Tim Turpin-Fleck by Tim Turpin-Fleck
This is your forum. I'd like to have suggestions as to how to improve the site (particularly if anyone's good at designing skins). First topic I thought could be what was your Peel by Request, or what would be your Peel by Request. Mine was a session by a group from Liverpool called The Tractors from 1987. They were great, but nothing was heard of them after this session and it was great to hear the songs played again (especially Postcard Story).

Every now and then I hear an old band from the past that I've never heard and think wow they were awesome! Well one of them is The Delta 5, a five piece band from Leeds (with 2 bass guitars) who were tonight's Peel by Request. Check out this MySpace or listen again to the session via Marc's official homepage.

I'm trying to get quite a few videos on this page and glad of anybody's suggestions, so will have a look out for some Johnny Foreigner. I really wanted to get a video for Panic Attack by Fangs, but I can't find one yet.

My Peel by Request would have to be the legendary Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band session from '68, they just don't make them like that anymore
