Na, ive had a fucking disaster! Fucked my back at the top of a turbine. Thought i was gonna have to get lowered down on a stretcher by my workmate, but id never live that down, so i just struggled down myself in about an hour Been stuck on the island since it happened because of the boat. So im only getting home today. Nightmare, hoora embarassing tae. Young man, bad back= abuse from everyone at work!

Believe it or not, one of the windfarms i work at is on top of a hill and the turbines are on a shorter tower because they are higher up! So there is some credibility in your statement there buddy!

I try to get down when i can, but my mates are all over the place, so any time i do get off work theres other places i want to be tae! I was suppossed to be coming home for the music festival but its just gonna be too much hassle so it could be a while before im down again.

Fucking hell ATS! It has been a while. Ive been in Germany working for the American army and holland working among other things since then!! Youll now find me climbing wind turbines as far North as Shetland these days though! Living in Thurso loving it tae surprisingly. I wouldnt go as far as saying im living quietly, but definately a wee bit quieter! Definately a bit more happening up here than there is in the toon though!
