Im a full time Architectural Cad Technician & Project Estimator for summit contracts and been with them for over 7 years!!

I love the weekends hanging with my falaraki Brothers Nathan aka Little brother, G mac Ryan " The Munter Hunter " Rodgers, Yatsie & Jam

During my spare time of not drinking, partying and sleeping in work i attend the blantyre gym 5 days a week & running round strathclyde or taking on the 5k runs.

Now back at Clyde Valley Blackhawks after taking a year out of the game - Glad to be back even though im p**h.. cheers to the boys who kept persuading me to re-join.

The weekend has landed. All that exists now is clubs, drugs, pubs and parties. I've got 48 hours off from the world, man. I'm gonna blow steam out my head like a screaming kettle, I'm gonna talk cod shit to strangers all night, I'm gonna lose the plot on the dancefloor. The free radicals inside me are freakin', man! Tonight I'm Jip Travolta, I'm Peter Popper, I'm going to never-never land with my chosen family, man. We're gonna get more spaced out than Neil Armstrong ever did, anything could happen tonight, you know? This could be the best night of my life. I've got 73 quid in my back burner - I'm gonna wax the lot, man! The Milky Bars are on me! Yeah!

  • Whole new hope for the type 1's in scotland :)

    A new laboratory which provides a groundbreaking transplant treatment to help people with Type 1 diabetes is being launched. Skip related content
    Related photos / videos Cell transplant hope for diabetes The Scottish Islet Isolation Laboratory is the only one in the UK which will operate 24 hours a day offering a new cell transplant treatment.

    The Islet Transplant Programme extracts islets - or cells which produce insulin - from a donated pancreas and inject them into the liver of someone with Type 1 diabetes and those who have received a kidney transplant.

    In its first year it aims to treat around 12 patients but the number will depend on the number of organs provided for transplant.

    Public Health Minister Shona Robison said: "I'm delighted to be launching this groundbreaking programme which will be of great benefit to some groups of people living with Type 1 diabetes.

    "The programme's creation represents a significant investment by NHS Scotland in helping to tackle a condition that affects increasing numbers of young people.

    "It's also made possible by the close collaboration between the pancreas transplant programme at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service and the Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine."

    John Casey, lead clinician for the Islet Cell Programme, said: "Islet isolation is a new and highly skilled technique which can prove life saving for some patients who are unaware of the level of sugar in their blood.

    "This technique depends on organ donors, but work at the Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine at Edinburgh University gives hope that in the not too distant future islets will be able to be produced from stem cells."

    The programme is a joint project by Lothian Health Board, the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) and Edinburgh University.
