A little bit of luck
The move: So the date I am moving back to Edinburgh is Sat 29th April, although when I set the date i really did not know how I was going to survive with no money coming in and no savings to speak off, the fact that me and Andy have been offered a house to sit, I really could not pass that up, and can I just say it is a fab house as well.
So with a smile on my face but my hands shaking with nerves, I asked to speak to my bosses and handed my notice in, they were really good about it as they knew it was coming as edinburgh is the only thing i ever talk about, so they wished me loads of luck and that was it, going to edinburgh, needing to find a job very quickly or end up back at Lucas (and T i know you would have disapproved of that lol) but needs must and all that!!
But here is where the little bit of luck comes in, 5 minutes after handing my notice in, I was called back into the boardroom and told that if I had not got another job that LMI would really like to keep me as an employee, so they are letting me do my job from Scotland - they are buying me a laptop, mobile phone, fax machine etc etc for my home office and they are also going to fly me back to N. Ireland once a fortnight to touch base. Seriously can not believe my luck.
So all in all Life is just pretty darn good at the minute, so edinburgh here I come. woohoo.

sorry its taken me such a long time to reply. finally finished my course and found out i passed so last few months have just been a bit hectic.
dont worry a bit about my birthday, was pretty uneventful.

As the summer months continue, Stereotype keeps on keepin on with another guest for the lounge. For July, we are delighted to welcome Southport Weekender veteran, Bob Jeffries to spin alongside Ricky Reid as they lay down a mix of soulful house and disco.
Meanwhile, regular bar groovers, Beefy & Wolfjazz move into the main room to give HOUSE support to Huggy. Their set at Booka Shade in May was an exemplary mix of all things good in House & Techno and was one of the stand out sets of the night so we thought it was only right for them to replicate it back at their proper Saturday night home.
