Worldwide adventure challenges
We have some fantastic opportunities for once in a lifetime trips to exotic locations that will also help to raise vital funds for the Foundation. All you have to do is choose the one that suits you best.
With challenges on offer varying from trekking the Inca Trail to horse riding in Mongolia - there is something for everyone.
This is your chance to experience some of the most spectacular locations on the planet, whilst raising funds to change the lives of others.

Each year the Foundation has places available in many of the UK & Irelands top running events, including the BUPA Great North Run, Edinburgh Marathon and the Dublin mini-Marathon.
