    cant ACTUALLY remember the last time i was this angry...at the phone
    or rather the phone lines
    it was probably last fucking year when SAAS phone line operators were being a bunch of yammering, drooling, useless monkeys

    this is the SECOND TIME i've been told to call back and check my progress or sort something out on a day when the phone offices are SHUT
    they haven't managed to process my application even though it went through on the 16TH OF FREEKIN AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!
    i understand they had systems down (for an entire 2 days of that) and i get that they have 2 have holidays and all this bullshit but seeing as it's 3 and a half months after they were meant to be processing it in the next 2 weeks i'm a bit fucked off!!!!!
    and i think i have every goddamned right to be
    the only thing is it's not those poor dribbling phone jockeys fault is it? it's some moron in an office who has, for some reason, decided me having any sort of finatial security is just not on!
    so i cant even, in good concious, get annoyed at the person i'm on the goddamned phone to!

    if some1 is gonna be fucking about with my life like this I AT LEAST WANNA GET ON THE PHONE TO THE TWAT SO I CAN YELL AT HIM OR HER TILL THEY ARE AT LEAST AS STRESSED AND UPSET AS ME!!!

    and i'm sorry that i cant really appreciate these things because my emotions and brain seem to have become separated some time ago
    logic holds no bearing on my feelings alot of the time
    i've tried to change, i've tried to want different things, hell i've even tried not wanting anything at all but i'm sorry, it just doesnt work that way

    but the thing i'm most sorry about is that i really struggle to be sorry at all
    i'm happy i suppose, in my own unusual way, even if i am falling to pieces
    and i'm kinda growing to like the things i cant help liking rather than just being frustrated by them
    and i know things will get easier because they cant get much more complicated lol
    i just wish i could make a window in my head that you could see into
    then i wouldnt have to be sorry
