Co-Captain Kirk died today from a bout of malaria. He stupidly ignored my advice not to stick his hand in a novelty jar of 5000 Anopheles mosquitoes. We gave him a litre of quinine, but it was to no avail. He was dead before he hit the ground. Wait a minute. He never hit the ground. Anyway, my crew is in a frenzied state.
