- Isn't it a bit unnerving that doctors call what they do "practice?"... Would a fly without wings be called a walk?... Why don't sheep shrink when it rains?... Why do they sterilise needles for lethal injections?... Why isn't phonetic spelled the way it sounds?... If a cow lauged, would milk come out of her nose?... Why do men refuse to stop and ask for directions, and women refuse to learn how to read maps?... Why doesn't Tarzan have a beard?... Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough?... Why do people keep running over a string a million times with their hoover, then reach down, pick it up, examine it, then put it down to give the hoover one more chance?.. Why is it that whenever you attempt to catch something that's falling off the table you always manage to knock something else over?... Can people with no hands "get a grip"? Why are pizza boxes square when the pizza is round?.. Who closes the door after the bus driver gets off ?
