- What is the Youth Board? THE SOUTH KiiLBURN YOUTH BOARD iiS A YOUTH ORGANiiSTATiiON AS THE VOiiCE OF YOUNG PEOPLE. WE ALL LiiVE iiN SOUTH KiiLBURN AND WE OPERATE AROUND THE AREA. THE YOUTH BOARD iiS MADE UP OF 12 YOUNG. 6 AGED BETWEEN 11 & 17 AND ANOTHA 6 BETWEEN 17 & 24. Who have been elected for 1 year.
