Me, Myself, and I
My name's Erykah and I'm 19. I'm originally from Loughborough, but currently living in Australia, doing a year of exchange at the University of Melbourne. So much fun but also somewhat terrifying at the same time! Back home, I go to Queen Mary, University of London, and I study English Literature. More of a Facebook girl really, though I pop into Bebo from time to time.

Films & TV
I love stuff from when I was a kid like The Animals of Farthing Wood and Maid Marian and her Merry Men. I am a self-confessed geek: I love Doctor Who, Red Dwarf, HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy (except the film), Buffy, Angel, etc. Perhaps slightly too obsessed with Neighbours, but who can blame me? *grin*

Favourite films include the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Magnolia, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Goodbye Lenin, Bright Young Things, the Last Unicorn, Spirited Away, Amelie, the Harry Potter films (even though they're not that brilliant) and many others. I also love "odd" musicals - The Sound of Music leaves me cold, but I love RENT, Rocky Horror and Wedwig and the Angry Inch.
Books
Harry Potter, The Stonewylde series, Vile Bodies, The Great Gatsby, Memoirs of a Geisha, Hamlet, The Bell Jar, Prozac Nation, Girl Interrupted, Dangerous Liaisons, Wuthering Heights, Animal Farm.
Hobbies
Poi, playing the flute (band camp jokes result in death), watching Dr Who & Neighbours, getting drunk, reading.
Happiest When
With my friends, getting drunk, poiing (pics in album if you don't know what it is), reading a good book, listening to music :) (Or if I'm feeling particularly adventurous - all at the same time)
Drinks
Dr Pepper - my one true love! However, I drink most things alcoholic, but my favourites are red wine, vodka & Red Bull, alcopops and cocktails.
Ambitions
After uni I'd love to get into writing or media. My ideal job would be journalism, though I harbour ambitions to become an author as well!
