If you've began to read this because of what i said in my profile, well done, but unfortunatly for you, i'm still going to say what its about.. again. (and probably again later on!)
I have just been selected to go to Thailand for a year with a volunteer charity called Project Trust. Project trust is an organisation who send young adults, like myself, overseas to countries who need help in thier community.
I will be sent away to far Asia for a whole 12 months, so if any of you want to get rid of me, nows your chance. I will be placed in a small rural or sub urban village in the noth or eastern provinces of Thailand. I will spend the whole 12 months in the same place teaching english (under the body of TEFAL {teaching english for a forgien language})
Being there for a year really means i stop being a Farang, and become a Friend. Thats my motto, To change Farang into Friend.
Oh by the way, Farang means Western Tourist if you didnt already know.
But the catch, to do this i need to raise over £4000, £4460 to be precise! i have many fundraising ideas to put into action and a lot of working to start to raise this vast amount of money. But this is where you come in...
I need any donation or gift of money to help me achieve this amazing once in a life time experiance, no sum is too small, anything is welcomed!
