Christianity is not DO --- but DONE! Adrian Rogers
Me, Myself, and I
Im a bible believing Christian, saved since 1991. Now for those who dont know what that is, let me explain simply to you - There was a time in my life that I (A) Accepted that I was a sinner, I then (B) Believed, through faith, that Jesus died in my place at Calvary, so I then (C) Came to Christ, turned away from my sins and received Jesus into my life to be my new and only Master, Lord and Friend! Now isn't that as simple as A.B.C!

I'm a TV cameraman and editor for a CCN, in Whiteabbey - www.ccnorg.com - I've travelled to parts of Africa, like Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, to film for our CCN programme Deciding Your Destiny. I played the side drum/percussion for Field Marshal Montgomery Pipe Band but now I play percussion at times. Remember, Jesus is coming! Are you ready to meet Him?

Job 14:15 Thou shalt call (PRAYER), and I will answer thee (PROMISE): thou wilt have a desire to the work of thine hands (PURPOSE). 1 Cor. 15:57, 58 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Psalm 119:37 Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way. • Can We Be Sure?

Can we be sure we'll spend eternity in heaven? Many people say you can't be sure. Are they right? Does spending eternity in Heaven or Hell have to remain uncertain until it's too late?
Queen Victoria wanted to be sure. After attending a service in St. Paul's Cathedral, she asked her Chaplain, "Can one be absolutely sure in this life of eternal safety?" Be he didn't know any way to be certain.

The Court News published the remarks and John Townsend, an unassuming evangelist, saw them. After reading Queen Victoria's question and the answer she had received, Townsend began to think and pray about answering her himself. Then he sent the following note to the Queen:

To her gracious Majesty, our beloved Queen Victoria, from one of her most humble subjects:

With trembling hands, but heartfelt love, and because I know that we can be absolutely sure now of our eternal life in the Home that Jesus went to prepare, may I ask your Most Gracious Majesty to read the following passages of Scripture: John 3:16; Romans 10:9,10?

These passages prove that there is full assurance of salvation by faith in our Lord Jesus Christ for those who believe and accept His finished work.

I sign myself, your servant for Jesus' sake, John Townsend.

John Townsend told others about his letter to the Queen. Many prayers from many hearts went up to God. In about two weeks he received a modest-looking envelope containing the following letter:

To John Townsend: Your letter of recent date I received and in reply would state that I have carefully and prayerfully read the portions of Scripture referred to. I believe in the finished work of Christ for me, and trust by God's grace to meet you in that Home of which He said, "I go to prepare a place for you."

    (Signed) Victoria Guelph

The way of salvation is the same for a queen or a common citizen. The Bible verses John Townsend recommended to the Queen were:

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9,10)

These verses and many other in the Word of God show us that anyone who, by faith, received Jesus Christ as Saviour has eternal life immediately. The Apostle John tells us that his Gospel was written, "that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through His name." (John 20:31)

Those who believe have eternal salvation. Jesus Himself said: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth My word, and believeth on Him that sent Me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." (John 5:24)

Can a Christian ever lose his salvation? "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of My hand." (John 10:27,28)

  • Four Things God Wants You to Know

    1. You Need To Be Saved

"Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." (John 3:3)

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

"There is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." (Ecclesiastes 7:20)

"We are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags." (Isaiah 64:6)

    2. You Cannot Save Yourself

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us." (Titus 3:5)

"By the works of the law shall no flesh be justified." (Galatians 2:16)

"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." (James 2:10)

"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." (Proverbs 14:12)

    3. Jesus Has Already Provided For Your Salvation

"Who [Jesus] his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness." (1 Peter 2:24)

"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God." (1 Peter 3:18)

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

    4. Jesus Will Enable You to Overcome Temptation

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished." (2 Peter 2:9)

"If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)

    Your Part:

    1. Repent (Turn from your sins)

"Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3)

    2. Believe

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." (Acts 16:31)

    3. Do It Now

"Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near." (Isaiah 55:6)

"Behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2)

"How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation?" (Hebrews 2:3)

    4. Remember

"Every one of us shall give account of himself to God." (Romans 14:12)

"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." (Hebrews9:27)

"But he that believeth on him...shall not come into judgment." (John 5:24)

"Choose you this day whom ye will serve." (Joshua 24:15)

Being convinced that I am a sinner and knowing that "Christ died for the ungodly," I NOW accept Jesus as my Saviour and with His help I intend to confess Him before men. Signed.........................

  • A Message To Every Reader

What you will read on this page is the most important message you will ever hear. If you have never heard it before, or if you've heard it many times, and yet have never responded, please stop what you are doing and take the time to read what is on this page. Because it is not man's idea, but God's Word, you can believe that it is truth. Think about these questions carefully:

If you died today, do you know for sure where you would go?

If you answered "Heaven," how can you know for sure?

Has there ever been a time in your life when you trusted in Jesus Christ as your own personal Saviour?

The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 about the Lord Jesus Christ, "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." So if you are trusting in anything else for your answer to that first question (your religion, your good works, your family's faith, your church attendance, etc.), then you cannot answer "Heaven." It is a serious matter, but also an exciting truth, that no matter what you have believed or done in the past, you can be saved today!

Keep reading; click on the links below to read the salvation tracts. Take the time to study them and consider what God's Word has to say about our wonderful Saviour, Jesus Christ. Don't stop until you know for sure that you are saved and on your way to Heaven.

"He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."

    1 John 5:12-13

if alwaysdup bebo page is right then rfpc certainly doesn`t teach "the word of god".If u refuse communion+handshakes in ur church ur a disgrace.Whether people vote dup or not is up 2 them+communion is all about "examine yourself"+NOT lets examine who u vote 4!No wonder 1000`s have left the fp church, pls give scripture to defend such godless behaviour.

..........totally agree with ur verse+the nx- verse 2......"be not forgetful to entertain strangers :for thereby some have entertained angels unawares".Instead of apologising for her actions+removing comments esther gets her sisters to put up further we wont allow r father 2 shake hands either on an anti freep bebo page. The gospel, the word of god+rfpc is bein destroyed by these people. They claim the minister asked them not 2 shake hands?A person refusin 2 shake hands on a church door "is not up to them"they`re makin a mockery of god`s house.Just cos esther works 4 diane dodds does not permit her 2 do this........wud diane agree with her tactics?Thats why we asked u 2 get comments removed 2 protect god`s house. thanx
