- EK GEMS ARE CALDERWOOD'S LOCAL DANCE TEAM CHEERLEADERS. WE PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIONS, SHOWS AND AFTER THE SUMMER WILL BE TAKING MEDAL TESTS WITH THE B.A.T.D. ALL COACHES ARE B.A.T.D QUALIFIED (membership) AND INSURED. EK GEMS DO NOT PERFORM STUNTS AT THE MOMENT.
EK GEMS is a fun and freindly place to learns learn how to dance and learn some tricks. We are always looking for new recruits and love girls who are hard working, enthusiastic and always have a smile on their face!!
CLASSES ARE HELD ON TUESDAY EVENINGS IN THE CALDERWOOD COMMUNITY HALL EAST KILBRIDE. Girls aged 5 and above are welcome

EK GEMS TERM 09/10
Hello everyone, hope you are still enjoying the summer. Just a few wee notices before you return in August.
Classes resume on Tuesday the 11th of August in the Calderwood Hall.
New girls are more than welcome, from ages 6 + please email me at lauramochan@hotmail.com
We have a BAG PACKING DAY on the 29th August. This is essential in order to raise funds for costumes, t-shirts, competition entries etc so I must have all girls attendance. Parent help on the day is also valued espcially with helping young cheerleaders. Please email me to confirm attendance.

We're having a race night and disco on Saturday 6th September (adults only) in Calderwood Community Hall. Tickets will be on sale this week!

Our new beginners/improvers class on Saturday mornings now includes Freestyle, Modern & Tap. For dancers age 11 & over, who want to return to dancing or teenage beginners up to age 16.
