      He's a very busy man so he is - doesn't have time for gym! I went to a spin class last night down beside his place and I'm sooo unfit it's not funny - couldn't keep up with them at all :(
      The guy does body conditioning classes on a Wed so I'm going to give that a go and if it goes alright I'll give spin a miss (actually I think I'll be giving spin a miss anyway :L )
