Started in 2007-Alex Turner, the lead singer and guitarist from the world famous Sheffiled quartet "Arctic Monkeys" and Miles Kane, the lead singer and guitarist originally from "The Little Flames" before moving on to "The Rascals" have collaborated to create... "The Last Shadow Puppets"

After Miles' band went on tour with the "Arctic Monkeys" in 2005 a friendship soon started, the two friends played together non-stop and finally decided to do some recording in France in 2007. Most of the album was recorded in August 2007 and it was fininshed in London early this year.

      The Last Shadow Puppets are proud to announce the tour dates for 2008...

      In addition to their festival appearances at Reading and Leeds 2008, The Last Shadow Puppets are pleased to announce that they will be performing further UK shows in Portsmouth and Oxford in August and Glasgow, Sheffield and London in October.

      All tickets for UK shows will go on sale on Saturday 5th July at 9:30am.
