Gacys Threads are starting to establish themselves on the local scene after a year of non- stop gigging, sharing the stage with the likes of August Burns Red, Cancer Bats, Horse The Band, and F*cked Up also with a tour of Hungary under their belts. The band have finished recording their 4 track Ep 'Savour Your Scars' and have also had a successful 5 date Irish tour to promote the EP along with 'Kill 'Em Dead Cowboy' from England.

Beard in Hospital
Just letting everyone know, we will be playing 2nd on Sat 19th Sept in Limelight, not last, as Beard was taken into Hospital on Wed, and then had his Appendix removed on Thurs, so he's out of action for abit.
We'll be playing as a 4 piece, so By Any Means will be tearing this up as the headliners!

English Tour Cancelled
Bad news! Unfortunately we have had to cancel our short trip over to England at the start of July due to Vance snapping his ankle. We as a band feel it would be unfair and an unenjoyable experience putting Vance through all the pain of getting from A to B on tour, never mind actually trying to stand on stage.
Incase your wondering what the big deal is, there's a pic in our 'cool stuff' album of his ankle!
Hopefully you all understand, that we really only have one shot this year (due to work commitment and eduction etc) to head over to England and we would rather do it when everyone is comfortable travelling and preforming. Another factor is that we need him to be in fighting order to play the EP side of the tour 15th-19th July in Ireland and can't risk further injury prior to this.
We hope to reschedule a tour of England for later in the year so we will keep you all posted.
Again, our deepest apologies to Kill 'Em dead Cowboy and the promoters who were helping us out with shows.

VENUE CHANGE FOR E.P. LAUNCH!!!!!!
hey everyone, just letting you all know that there has been a venue change for our E.P. launch from Auntie Aunnies to the Spring and Airbrake!
As I'm sure you are all aware the Spring is much bigger than Aunnies so anyone who was wondering whether to come down to the show or not I hope you can and support a great night of music!!!!
