With songs that tell tales of unhinged northern street life, dripping with sardonic humour and reckless desperation, Twisted Wheel have taken their incendiary, compulsive, no holds barred, live set on tour with the likes of Oasis, The Enemy, The Courteeners, The View, Kasabian and The Rascals. The band will be heading off on a headline tour this May, ahead of dates with Paul Weller and Oasis.
The debut album is out now and features the singles You Stole The Sun, Lucy The Castle and We Are Us. It's available on CD, CD/DVD (with bonus live footage from Manchester Ritz), 12" and download.

Limited tickets are still up for grabs for this show and the two remaining Dr Martens Live events - VV Brown on 11/09 and Official Secrets Act on 17/09 - and all you have to do to be in with a chance of winning tickets to these events is visit the Dr Martens store in Covent Garden or Spitalfields Market or listen to NME Radio.

Happening, how was the gig at King Tuts? Duty called and i was in my kitchen baking cakes all night so i didn't get to come, graeme said it was a good night though. Hopefully see you's at the end of the month at the barrowlands
