Cheers for stopping by my Bebo, feel free to read on if you're interested in knowing a bit about me and my life.

Well, I used to be known as Catherine Ure in my school days, but now everyone just knows me as Cat Colours. I work for Colours, which is the biggest club promotion company in Scotland. We host monthly events at The Arches and also run the events Coloursfest, Fantazia (in Scotland), Fantasylands, BTTF plus loads of other smaller events. My life is non-stop and I wouldn't have it any other way! I get to meet so many interesting people who share my passion for dance music and this includes the odd superstar DJ, lol!

I go to nearly all the big dance events up and down the country, so if you hear of something big happening, I'm probably there!

I live with my amazing flatmate Carol in Glasgow City Centre, what a laugh we have! Whether it be watching SATC in our fleecey jammies under a blanket or getting nagged at for my OCD - I love life in The Foxy Flat!

American History X (Edward Norton is this generations greatest actor), The LOTR Trilogy (seen them more times than I'd like to admit), Sin City, 300, Team America, The Labyrinth, Requiem For a Dream - amazing film!

Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Steve Angello, Don Diablo, Mark Knight, Markus Schulz, D Ramirez, Sasha, Carl Cox, Fedde Le Grand, Danny Rampling, Ferry Corsten, Sander van Doorn, Richard Durand, Green Velvet - there's just too many of the them!!
Scared Of
Balloons and Skittles (the sweets, not the pins you knock down at bowling alleys).
Happiest When
Laughing!! I LOVE laughing!! It really is the cure for all mental ailments! Also happiest when listening to my favourite DJs dropping my favourite tunes.
Can't get enough of
Hollyoaks, Torchwood (John Barrowman is sex on big gay legs!), Doctor Who, Heroes, True Blood, Fringe, Bones and The Big Bang Theory. Not forgetting the ULTIMATE TV program - Battlestar Galactica! Yes, I'm a sci-fi geek and proud of it!
Things that make me smile....
Moby - Raining Again (Steve Angello Mix). This tune is the happiest tune in the world, it was the first tune I played when I plugged my stereo in my new flat, it was also the last tune I played when I won The Decks Factor in 2007, whooped all the boys arses! I play it when I need to smile!

      Colours are proud to announce the line up for Scotland's biggest dance music festival now into it's 8th year. Coloursfest has brought the premier league of the electronic music scene to Scotland, and this year is no different! This promises to be the most memorable yet!       ** Ferry Corsten is working on a new stadium concept show to launch his new album "Twice in a Blue moon". He has picked Coloursfest to give you a taster of this with a 2 hour showcase.       This weekend at The Arches get ready to rock your electronic socks off as 2 of the worlds top DJs fly into town. Alongside the outstanding sets from 3 Colours residents, there is something to keep everyone happy.

      Darren Emerson headlines the main arch and after his outstanding set at New Years Eve, you can bet that he won’t disappoint! As part of Underworld he is responsible for some of the biggest anthems of our time, so expect some deep underground house and he may even throw in the odd classic!

      Deadmau5 is making his Arches debut this Saturday after his re-scheduled November 2007 appearance. He is a relatively new name on the scene but he’s shot to the top of game in the shortest time possible. His tracks have featured on countless CDs and there isn’t a credible DJ in the world that doesn’t play something the Canadian producer/DJ has created in his den of inequity.

      The Playroom is being taken over by the Colours residents, Jon Mancini, Giovanni Ferri and Andy King. They have never let us down yet and we’re sure that they will have the Playroom bouncing all night long.

      Doors open at 10PM and the beats flow right through to 3AM. Get yourself down early to make sure you don’t miss any of the action!

      Tickets are only £16 available from www.ticketweb.co.uk, Ticket Scotland and The Arches box office plus all usual local outlets.

      Sorry - I've been crap at bebo past week or so..shocking! :L had a look at the pics - looks amazing!! need to check out the vids next. Not sure if am gonna be in Glasgow night of Carl Cox, need to find out for sure.
