DEEP FRIED FUNK are coming.

The count down is on for the most exciting SILK event to date. The resident DJ's of the legendary Derry based clubnight Deep Fried Funk will be gracing the decks at The Plaza for their very long awaited return to Buncrana. SILK just keeps getting bigger and bigger, and owed in no small part to the inspirational clubnight Deep Fried Funk, who have been the cornerstone of the dance music scene in Ulster for more than a decade.

Hopefully leaving my job this week to open a music shop in strabane guy. Even got a guy on board so we can go custom made flights cases, stage props speakers repair, custom cables and also going to do tickets for all the concerts..

At 1 in the morning this Saturday on RTE PULSE John Kerrigan brings another instalment of the Atomik Weekender countdown on The Digital Underground. The first half of the show features the Queen of Bounce aka LISA PIN UP- one of the headline acts at the event. The second part of the show features another act for the Atomik line up in the form of hard dance duo JP and JUKSEY who both run Deprivation Records and have been signed to major labels such as Tidy, Vicious-Circle and Spinball.
