Hey Mel, how are you? Man it's been so long since I've talked to you. Hows the summer going? I'm pretty bored nothing to do really, the weather has been really thundery so I can't get a walk in
Have you any news for me? I just got my blue belt and guess what? I broke for the first time at the grading. I was delighted, it felt really good! 
I loved the noise it made. I also did something really stupid I forgot my sparring gear it took me all my power not to scream oh sh*t!! I got the results last tuesday and I was thrilled to hear I'd passed. I am practicing some of the blue belt techs already x -stance feels a little weird though but I like the hooking knifehandf block. Hope your havin a good summer I'll try and bebo you or call u soon I'm just after moving into my new flat and I have to set up internet, God this budgeting thing is hard!
