The DNFT Scotland's most succesful mma team,provide our support structure and we cross network our athlete's to ensure our preparation is precise.
Our matted wrestling room,complete with matted walls,cover an area over 100sq metres.
Bag and conditioning area,16ft Octagonal training arena.Crossfit and tabata workout's etc

We are lucky enough to have BJJ Black Belt Marcos Nardini,coach at our facility on Friday's,anyone's who has rolled or trained with Marcos will know why we're delighted at this opportunity.
Marcos will also be available for personal training here on Fridays.

Guy's still looking to host some seminar's in the near future,what I need to know is when is best to arrange them??
Planned at the minute;
Paul McVeigh-Cage Warriors World BW Champion-Wrestling for MMA
Marcos Nardini-No Gi for competition.
I'll find out dates of availability and the places will be first come first served,should be able to have just over 20 on the mat for each seminar.
Cost will be around £20 and the seminar's will probably be approx 3 hours long,think 4 hours is to much for people to remember stuff,bringing a notebook could be advantageous.

re:the summer months
Phew!
Made it to the summer,the planned competitive break.
What a start for the gym! Building a nice reputation for producing well-rounded and technical mma fighter's.
Over the summer the plan is to work on technically enhacing our fighter's game's for the second half of the year.
Hopefully securing some more monthly member's to solidify the financial future of the gym,at the end of the day if the gym isn't supported it won't stay open.
Monthly payment is by direct debit(£44) only excluded class is BJJ.
Also planning some seminars for the summer,dates and instructor's to be confirmed.
At the moment We have Cagewarriors bantomweight WORLD Champion Paul McVeigh coming to do one in July,wrestling for mma.
Hoping to also secure our BJJ Coach,brazilian Marcos Nardini to do a no Gi seminar on a weekend over the summer.
Any ideas you'd think beneficial for the gym,please send me a pm.

Marcos class is still on Friday as normal guy's,Alan an big Colin will be opening up.

Mad busy few days ahead for the fight team,so we've had to cancel thursday night thai class.
The gym will still be available to train while the girl's class is on.
All the ninja's looked good form today at the team session.
Perfectly placed for next weekend.
