- Dr. Phil designed this test with the help of several psychologists and introduced it on the Oprah Winfrey show. It is supposedly one of the most accurate psychological assessments in the world and consists of ten simple questions.
Apparently, the Human Resources department at major corporations use this very test to gain a better perspective on the psychological make-up of their present and potential employees.
Work by yourself - and most importantly stay honest to yourself. These questions refer to who you are NOW and not who you were or would like to be. Do not be overly sensitive.
Thousands of people worldwide are taking this test - so you will be able to compare results and see where you rank. You can also invite your bebo friends to see how they match up. Dr. Phil himself scored a 55, while Oprah scored a 38.
