“Eryn, I need you so much, ” he whispered. “Last night was over too soon. Let us do it better this time.”
Better? There was a better? She thought it was the best it could be already. But she wiped that thought from her mind immediately!
His breath was warm, moist in her ear, and she felt an arousal that she didn’t want to feel, that she wanted to feel, didn’t want to feel. Damn! If she could just make up her mind. There must be a way for her to distract him without him realizing that’s what she was doing. “Uriah, I’m hungry. Let’s go make something to eat.” The growling of her stomach came at the perfect time.
“Let us satisfy our hunger right here.” He turned her to face him, that sensual look in his sensitive eyes. How would she get out of this? Why in hell would she want to? The “good” conscience won!

She inhaled the smell of fresh cut wood, but when she closed her eyes, and breathed deeper, she thought she could still smell leather and old books. She leaned against the saw horse, thinking about rebuilding the house. She walked around the gutted room, and pictured her grandfather with the large old book in his hands. The one her great-great grandfather wrote...the one with the story of her life. She still found it hard to believe, but she had lived it, and in fact, it was true.
When she looked through the photo album her eyes misted. I've tried to be strong, she thought. Maybe Emmet's death was sinking in now. She felt like things were falling apart again. "Uriah, I need you, " she whispered. When she touched the yellowed pages she thought of how easy it would be to flip through the pages and suddenly be in 1883– with him. She looked over her shoulder. Weekend Stuff
All the kids at school have colds. I noticed this last week when I kept saying Bless You, like ten or more times a day. So, two days ago I must have felt so left out, that I got a cold too! Not that I wanted one because who does? It's worse here because my husband is ill, and if I get sick, it could be very bad for him cause his immune system is is low.
This weekend has been set aside to write. I need to continue with book three, my new erotic contemporary romance, my newsletter, and two spotlights for October. But as I sit here and look around, I feel so guilty because my house is a mess. I need to vacuum and mop the floors, and I know I won't be able to sit here in front of the computer till I get that done. I have movies recorded to the DVR I have been wanting to watch, but I don't want to take the time away from writing to do that. Sounds like I need a plan! Here it is Saturday already, and I sit here with a million things to do with no plan. Ok, first things first. I could go to the Fly Lady's Site and let them tell me what to do, or I could just get up off my backside and do one thing at a time, so I can get to my priority of writing. I work a day job all week, and it's hard to get to some of these things then. So, now that I've actually put this all down in writing for the world to see, I have to do it! Here I go. I'm ready to hit the logoff button... Almost, just one more email to read and write, then I'm off. Really. Here I go for real this time. BYE!0 commenti 424 giorni

Time Flies
Oh, my goodness, another month is almost gone. School is almost ended. I only say this because I work in one! Actually, if I was counting it would be 11 days! You know, if I was counting.
I want the rest of this week, and next to go by REAL slow, though. My oldest son is here for a visit from California. He came in to help my youngest son move. He just bought his first house! Today is his birthday. He closed on the house today. What a great birthday gift. Sometimes, things do work out. Unfortunately, I live 100 miles away. :-( I will spend most of this weekend with them.
Also, I can't believe my second book has been out three months. Time for a contest? Want a chance to win the first book in my series? Wait, I have to make up something! :-)

It's almost time to write another one.
My new novella is turning into a novel. Imagine that! So far, it's an erotic romance, but I might tone it down some when I edit. BUT i DOUBT IT... It's quite fun to write an erotic romance. Fun in many ways. My inner brat is leading the way on this one. That's all I'm saying for now.
Anyway, I have had to do some research on dukedom, and I've learned that my hero duke, actually has to be a marquis! You see, his dad is the duke. Okay, long story... and a lot of research that way. Know anything about castles? My next research project. I feel as though I have somewhat of an advantage though. I work in art class for four hours of the day, and some of the students, 8th graders, are drawing castles in 2 point prospective. Sooooo, I see many castles in a day lately. Got the creative juices flowing too. I'm excited about this new story. Don't worry, though, I'm still working on the 3rd book in my Enchantment series. Debra Woodard8 settimane faHI Mary Sorry that I haven't responded in awhile I just been really going through alot lately I never did get married I dumped about two guys since then and am suppose to be getting married to a different guy but just have to see if it happens or not lol . Also I have been dealing with alot of pain in my back hips and legs. I have a bulging disc in my spine that is causing alot of the pain right now. I have to see a Specialist but if I am still here then I can't get into them until November. I hope things are going better for you then is for me right now and hopefully things will get better for me. I also haven't been able to get on here for quite sometime I had forgot my user and password and finally figured it out lol.

My book is right now in a revision process they have requested extra things that wasn't included in the book at first and now is going to be longer be for it gets in the data base especially to since there design project is having a glitch they have to fix said maybe by tomorrow sheesh. If you would like to get one of my Books let me know and I will let you know where to go to get it or I can get it for you and send it to you I do have one copy on hand but it doesn't have the context page or title page sheesh i have to put that in the revision and I made a better bio for it.
