Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the choice that was made to convert Bebo to a new profile layout. I believe the decision was ill advised and badly thought out, following the evidence which you deciphered from the recent poll on Bebo Backstage which clearly showed Bebo users were not interested in adapting to the new layout.

I have been using Bebo for three years now and believe that my membership has someway promoted the website as all of my friends joined after I advised them to do so. I strongly dislike the new layout as it causes a huge empty column along the side of my profile which is aesthetically unpleasing. I suggest that you offer the old profile layout to satisfy all Bebo members.
