In the last few years, dutchman Nenes developed his own style as a dj and producer. Bringing this style to the audience, he creates an atmosphere full of energy. After his huge clubhit ‘Turbulence’, Nenes was ready to conquer the rest of the world with his music and his performance. The release of ‘Platinum’ on High Contrast, co-produced by Pascal Feliz, is definitely a big step forward in his career. This track already got support from jocks like Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Christopher Lawrence, Eddie Halliwell, Rank 1, Sander van Doorn, Cosmic Gate, Johan Gielen and Marcel Woods (to name a few). Reactions on ‘Platinum’ were amazingly positive, like:

The year 2007 has been amazing for Nenes with releasing one of the biggest trance anthems of the year, some nice compilation cd’s with ‘Platinum’, releasing two other massive supported tracks and with performances on festivals like Creamfields and in the USA. The final reward for the hard work in 2007 came with the news that ‘Platinum’ was included on both the Yearmix cd of Armin van Buuren’s ASOT show and on the new dvd of Tiesto’s EOL World Tour.

Playing around the globe on Festivals and events like Sensation White, Creamfields a.o. and in clubs in USA, Norway, Romania, Greece, Spain, Poland, Albania, France and of course The Netherlands, Nenes had great experiences and recieved enthousiastic reactions from the audience.

It all started, several years ago, when he began to spin his records in some small local clubs in his hometown Haarlem, The Netherlands. Some years later, he was invited to be a resident dj in the legendary club iT in Amsterdam.

In 2004, his first production, ‘Turbulence’, together with fellow dj/producer E-Craig, is released on RR, a division of the famous Spinnin’ Records.

In 2005, a project called Raoul Neros - Impacto is released on the Spanish Pulsár Records. Nenes also produces the 'Original Mix' of the track 'Polestar' with Robert Burns and makes the 'Nenes Deep Mix' himself, which is released in July 2005 on Yakuza, a division of United Recordings.

In the beginning of 2006, Nenes remixes George Acosta’s ‘Thank You’ . This track has the vocals of singer Truth and Nenes has made a 'Nenes Deep Mix' of it.

In 2007 Nenes produced a track called ‘Teksha’, together with brazilian producer Superti and is released on the label Selecta Recordings, owned by Raul Cremona. He also produced one of the biggest anthems of 2007, ‘Platinum’, together with Pascal Feliz and this track is released on High Contrast. He just finished a new remix for legendary UK artist, Lee Haslam, which will be released on Lee’s own label, Digital Remedy Rec. The track that Nenes has remixed is ‘Synthessential’.
