Well it's been a while since I've written a blog on here. I don't come on here to be honest. I'm on FB more as I find it far more useful. Anyways this blog is for those that don't use FB or don't have me FB.

Well it's the 3rd October which means our company is now 18 months old. WOW never really thought I'd be saying that.

Alot has gone on in the last 6 months with the company. We're busy as per usual, more clients which means more monies!

We've not long come back from spending a day in Monaco on business. What an amazing experience that is!!!!!

There were yachts over worth 40 million pounds. We managed to get our details out to 31 vessels that were there. Which was good going especially when there is other companies trying to get business lol.

Also not long til I get married now July 2009 and plans are getting there. Importantly sorting out the stag do weekend with the best man.

On the pet front. Well Suki the hamster finally past away through old age and now we have adopted one called Steve!.

Also sadly one of the young boy chinchillas died suddenly one morning whilst we're at work. The others are all fine though.

Big shout out to LJ always nice to see you when you pop over.

Well people how time has flown. As we sit around drinking our coffees and teas it's hard to believe it's come around already

This time last year myself and Kitty started up our own company very nervous, scared of what lies ahead.

With limit experience in running a company we started up Kernow Chart Services Ltd. Check our website to find out what we do www.kernowchartservices.com

Now it's a year and what a mad, crazy busy year it's been.

We've learnt so much in such a sort period of time. All the financial shite as well. But our company seems to be where it's at right now. We got a big client base with Super Yachts, Ships, Shipping Agents and local Yachtsman and companies using our services. Not only this but Massive chart agents based in UK and Med are also using our services and they are our clients.

We've become official Sub distributors as well by the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office. Which is a big step for us. Within in this year we've gone from a little unit with a few clients to moving into a massive unit and work coming out of our ears right now.

It's not all plain sailing though. We've been working constantly recently putting in almost 400 hours with out a day off. We even worked long days and hours over Easter Weekend!.

But it will be worth it We've got big dudes wanting to do business with us. I was on the phone to one only yesterday! It's like oh my fucking god I'm Alan Sugar and everyone wants to do business with me.

So I may have to practice "You're Fired!" in a mirror soon lol

So that's the short summary of our year in business. I'd like to thank the friends that have supported us. Been there when we've been knackered to cheer us up like LJ and Matt for popping round and Nicki W for the chats about business we've had. Cheers guys. Plus the rest that through out the year that believed in us. You know who you are!

Well what strange weekend this one has just been. I'm still in a little shock because of it.

Firstly Wales win the Triple Crown and could now possible go on to win the Grandslam! the mighty Bluebirds Cardiff City FC beat Middlesborough in the FA CUP and now go to Wembley for the semi finals woot woot

But mainly After working Sunday myself and Kitty returned home. We said hello to Roxy our Female Chinchilla. When I noticed something crawling about underneath her.

My first thoughts were fuck something has got in like a Mouse or something. How far wrong could I get. I noticed another set of legs and then it dawned on us. She's just given birth!

Now we didn't know she was pregnant at all. We got her from a breeder as she needed a new home in January as she beat up her BF after getting jealous. SO She got split up and then hated the breeder for splitting them up. So she needed a new home. The breeder didn't even know she was preggers!

So anyways after frantically trying to find advice on the Kits (the name for baby Chinchillas), we calmed down and was surprised that after such a short time they were soon play fighting eyes open fully furred and trying to run about like loons.

But this wasn't all. About 6pm almost 4 hours after coming home to which we just missed the first birth of the two Kits. we noticed she just gave birth to a third Kit.

So now there is 3 Kits. Fuck me I'm still shocked. But they are so small. I've held them already and they're so cute ( I know sounds gay) but they are.

We've still got to sexy them yet. It's not as easy as you think lol. So once we've done that we can work out what we're going to do with them and what names to give them.

Might name one LJ after Aunty LJ herself lol (See even get a mention in this blog )

I wonder what surprises we'll have when we get home from work lol

Oh it's not nice watching a Chinchilla eat the babies placenta's even if it's supposed to give them all the nutrients they lose whilst giving birth lol
