To be an advanced marksman you must have scored 36 or higher at the rifle range and have attended advanced marksmanship school.       Hi .Steven D. Basshunter concert cancelled The Basshunter concert planned for The Hub at Cillin Hill, Dublin Rd, Kilkenny has, as of today Wednesday April 22nd been cancelled. The promoters Pulse8 Events would like to apologise to any fans who had bought tickets citing reasons beyond their control for the cancellation. Any current ticket holders are advised to return to their point of purchase in order to obtain a refund, as follows: - Tickets purchased over the counter from a Ticketmaster agent will be refunded by that agent. - Customers who purchased tickets by credit card from the Ticketmaster website will be automatically refunded within 3-4 working days. These customers do not need to take any action except to check their credit card statement in due course.
