It was alright, still not getting a great crowd in the place being honest but the owner wants us back next month.
I know its all about building a name and he needs quality DJ's, Like Ourselves , but I think we're going to try some more places over the next few months to see what else there is on offer. Probably the midlands or closer to Dublin. Saturday will be a good laugh.
I'm doing a guest mix on Tonik 107.1 the following week and then I'm getting a guest mix and an interview on RTE Pulse in October so things are plugging away

Carrick-on-Shannon Friday 21st

Keeping busy. Resident at the Beacon in Sandyford for the last 3 years. Runing a night around the country with my brother Mick called Filter Kontrol. We're in Carrick-on-shannon once a month and looking for other venues.
We're doing our first Kitchen-Sync Live nights in the Underground at Kennedys at the end of the month which should be fun.
I'm starting a new night at a club in Edenderry fairly soon too.
I teach courses with Ableton in my spare time. I got recognised by Ableton Germany last month and got my artists copy of Live 8. Some nice updates from 7 like group tracks

All you need is rca/3.5mm jack from master out on mixer to the mic in on your pc and a decent broadband connection 1mb will do. Would you be looking for a regular slot on the station?
