What about replasing Nabers withe a nweish show
I think that if shown at the right time as perhaps aimed as a family rather than just a kids show it could perhaps have success similar to that of the New Dr Who. All it would take is someone with some imagination and someone within the organisation at the BBC who isn’t afraid to take a risk. Sure it would need a lot of work but with a good team of writers I think it could have worked.
Now I don’t know much about tv or script writing but I’m sure that if they for example were to have the character of Zammo return as a parent with a wayward son or daughter who starts to get involved in drugs that it would make compulsive family viewing as there would be many adults who could watch it with their kids and both parties would have a link to the story (the parents with Zammo and the children with his kid) Just an idea and sadly one that will probably never happen or perhaps Tucker & Trisha as divorced single parents of kids who get in trouble and they have to go to the school to sort it out and they both end up meeting again at the school and get together and perhaps get married while the kids who act like they can’t stand each other just as Tucker & Trisha did despair! Again I believe there could be something for everyone there.

I would come home from school, get my homework done so I wasable to watch Grange Hill. Tucker Jenkins was my favourite.

i know why it was axed too
because Grange hill was about showing live in a comp school and now its not type athing to be shown at 4-6 in evening
i siriously think phil visted brighton hill for chrest and uniform

i am sad to hear that grange hill will end soon i have been a fan since episode 1 with tucker,i loved it and still do,if it is going to end then i think a good way to end it would be in the last scene to have tucker(todd carty) walk out the school gate and pull it shut,the school gate could have a closed or the end sign on it,or something like that,i think as he was in the first show and perhaps the most famous person who we all remember it be a fitting end to have him as the last character in the show.just a thought.
what do you think to this idea.
