• When you hear a song you like click "Catch" and we will add to your own Catchlist - a list of your favourite songs. The most recent tracks are displayed on your Bebo profile and you can view your full Catchlist at http://www.spinsouthwest.com/index.php/catch
• To save the tracks you like make sure you are logged in. If you're not registered we just need an email address, a password and about a minute to get you started.
• Let your friends know what you like by clicking "Share" and send the track details to some or all of your friends. They can add the track to their own Catchlists.
