Hi im Niall Armstrong I Gradauted from Heriot-Watt Galashiels Campus with a 2.1 in Business Management (2007). Whilst there I took a year out as Student President.

Im now working in Business Development for Petrofac (Service Provider to the Oil & Gas Industry) in Aberdeen, at the moment it involves popping back & forward to Norway as we're opening an office there.

I live with my Gorgeous Girlfriend Deborah "Monkey" Chalmers in our little flat Aberdeen!

I'm not on this much as we don't have the net in the flat & these social Network sites etc are banned at work! So if you want to get in touch best to text or call or e-mail my hotmail!

      It's been a while

      Finally got a laptop & internet after long last. Contemplating joining the facebook revolution...

      just spent a couple weeks in The Borders catching up with family & friends, highlights included a trip to the BGH one night (an alergic reaction to a chinese-however on arrival with nose running from hayfever they suspected it was swine flu!Total over reactionby the nurses, but I suppose only doing their job)

      Debbie & I spent a day walking around Edinburgh - I never realised how accesible & easy to walk around it is. Had lunch in Buffalo Grill in Stockbridge - highly recomend it!

      Also went to Jedburgh Jail - worth a look round if you ever pass through - It's FREE as well!

      Had a night out IN Edi with the terrible twosome Ivo & Claire - Always a pleasure... :-)

      Was good to see Emily & the Bairns - they're so cute! Are you sure Harrison hasn't met Eric's Charlie?

      Also caught up with Nic-great to see you again, glad allis well.

      Also went to a VET for the first time ever (No I wasn't the patient) I was with Jess & her cat which is the sukiest animal I have ever met!

      Back in Aberdeen now & back to work :-(

      Catching up with Raphi & Cara this wknd, then a rugby tournament the following wknd. 2 weddings in september then we enter the miserable winter months. So far I think we've only had 10 days of summer weather - apparently that's a record for Aberdeen!

      Passed another anniversary this month as well - 40yrs since man first walked on the moon!

      Oh I forgot to mention Shona & babak's amazing house party at last wknd! Great Party, cant believe I missed Babak's tribute to MJ!

      Hello All

      I'm becoming increasingly aware how few people especially my friends on here including myself are actually still using this, facebook seems to be the way to go but fear not i am sticking with this.

      So whats the latest, well this weekend I attended yet another Melrose 7's and again hardly watched any of the rugby... Appraently Melrose got to the final and lost, good job they didn't we'd have never have herd the end of it.

      Caught up with a few friends whilst back so I enjoyed that, sorry i didn't make it out night of the 7's,let down I know...

      Debbie & I mark our 2 year anniversary this week, It seems like longer, so we're off away for a couple ofg nights to celebrate!

      Aberdeen's nae all that bad, It;s been a good few months socialising with Dave & Raphi, especially this years 6 nations! Well done to the Irish, I'm sorry I couldn't be with you lads but we did spend the day &night in o'neils, the best we could do!

      There's a rumour my sister is returning for a brief period later this year so hopefully i'll get to se her.

      I've backed off on the rowing as of late,i didn't want it to become a lifestyle. i still gop down for the odd paddle & do the odd bar shift which is good craic.

      Glad the F1's back again it's great its back on bbc1 without the commercial breaks, coverage aint bad, DC & EJ are hilarious! I'm loving the fact that hamilton is having a nightmare & come on Jenson! Lets see Brackley back on the map again! If there's any of you brackley folk I went to primary school with that use bebo please get in touch it would be good to catch up, also those I went to patchway in Bristol with-I was reading the 6th form yearbook tonight & memories came flooding back, I hope your all good!

      It's been a while, however thankgod this thing doesn't take over my life!

      mmm well since June i've seen Hoosiers, Oasis & Stereophonics in concert - conidering i haven't been to many gigs this is quite an achievement - also got tickets for snow patrol in february.

      back in the borders for xmas / ny had a good ol session in Gala last night with the other halfs. Thanks for coming down buddy! good work night out on Friday - although I don't know why we ended up in paramount funding the opposition-not the smartest move!

      yep i've turned 25-scary biscuits! I dont feel it though! I have been quite tired recentl & did have a touch of man flu last week, but lets hope we start 09 on a high!

      I'd like to congratulate Eric & Kaye on the birth of their gorgeous wee boy George, he really is a cutie - I hope he has a good life on the planet & i'll do my part to help that cause-Eric we're still due a drink to him...!!!

      However a short time after the birth of a future legend ... we lost another legend.-Murray may you rest in peace.

      Still saving for a flat & a 1series coupe M-sport,

      Next year i'd like to pick up my old 6 string again & see if I can do something with that, it would be nice to be part of Britona...?

      Well hope you all have a merry xmas & speak to youin the new year,
