- I grew up in Melbourne, Victoria and started work at the age of 15. At 22 I moved to Brisbane, Queensland where I lived and worked for 18 months, then moved back to Melbourne to get married. I was married for over 16 years but have been single since 1996. I have 3 daughters, Rochelle, Lauren and Marissa, who have started their own adult lives with their partners. My youngest, Marissa, has a son Nicholas, born Sept 5 2004, who is "my cheeky little button" and the apple of nana's eye! I also have 2 new grandsons from my older daughters! Lauren had Benjamin July 9th, 2007 and Rochelle had Jack November 4th, 2007. They're all very precious to me and I love them with all my heart!!
I've had a couple of relationships since my divorce but at the moment, I don't have anyone special in my life. For now I'm happy to be on my own but if the right man comes my way, I'm ready to explore possibilities for the future. I'm honest, loyal, kindhearted and caring, love to have fun and laugh lots!
- MUSIC
- I like most styles of music but favs would have to be 50's rock n roll, rhythm & blues and some of the modern stuff. Not a big fan of hip hop or rap. A little of that lasts me awhile...lol
- FILMS
- The old romantic comedies and musicals are always a favourite for a good laugh.
- SPORTS
- I'm not into sport much but I do like fishing and watching motor sports occassionally.
- DRINKS
- These days, I drink chardonay but I also like some liqueurs or vodka with coke.....no ice!! I really don't drink very often, mostly when I go out with friends for dinner or the ocassional party.
- OTHER DRINKS
- I'm a big coffee drinker but also drink filtered water or juice.

MY NEW GRANDSON HAS ARRIVED!!
Well, it's time to introduce my new grandson to you all...Benjamin James, arrived by caesarean 9th July, 2007 at 8:23pm in the Rockingham/Kwinana hospital (Western Australia) weighing in at 7lb 14oz or 3.570kgs. Mother, Lauren and baby Ben, are doing fine but new daddy David is finding out about the wonderful odours of the nappy!!
He's doing a great job helping Lauren while she recovers from the surgery and nothing is too much for him to at least give it a try!! Unfortunately I can't go over to see them just yet 
but I have made plans to spend time with all my kids a bit later in the year, after my next grandson is born in October! I will post pics of him of course when he arrives too!!
That's it for now but check out my photo album and say hello to the new little man in my life, Benjamin James!!

It's been a long time!!
Hello to all my friends at bebo!! (April 5, 2007)
It's been a very long time since I was in here last so I guess you're out of the loop now....lol...maybe you're better off than I am....LMAO!!
I've had a lot of changes in my life in the last few years that's for sure and the latest is moving into a flat a few weeks ago. I still have a few boxes to sort through but most of it's done now. I just have to find somewhere for all the excess crap I've accumulated over the last 4 or so years....LOL....anyone need some Tupperware?!?! No?? Well, I guess it will just have to go back into storage....LOL DAD?!?!?! Got room in your back garage?????? LOL
I'm happily single right now and enjoying doing anything I darn well please!!! I'm still in the same job (talking on the phone...now that's not like me is it??? LMAO!!) Anyone want a free hearing test?? I can book you in, do you have a pension??? LOL It's not the best job in the world but I do like most of the people I work with and some who have left too....you know who you are??? LOL
As most of you know, Trevor passed away March 16, 2006 and I still miss having him around to talk to. We stayed good friends til the end and he will always hold a special place in my heart but he's in a better place now and watching over us all!! R.I.P. my magic frog!! Friends always and forever!!
Most of you know I have 3 daughters, Rochelle (Shell), Lauren (Lozza) and Marissa (Riss). Riss had my first grandchild Nicholas, (Nicky) September 5 2004 and he is keeping her on her toes....lol....welcome to motherhood kiddo!! Now my other 2 girls are expecting babies this year in July and October so it looks like I have 2 trips to Perth (I got a money tree hidden in my backyard...I wish!! lol) But I wouldn't miss out on going over to see my girls and new grandbabies for anything in the world!! The countdown is on and the bank balance needs feeding...LOL
As for my love life, well, I don't have much time for that just yet. Wait a few more weeks and let me recover from moving house and I'll take another look around...I know there are a few waiting in line somewhere?!?!? LOL Take a ticket boys!!! LMAO!!!
Do you think I've prattled on long enough yet?? I do and I need more coffee!!!!!!!! LOL It would be great to hear how you are all doing so don't be strangers and send me an email or reply to this blog!!

Update to my journal - not good news
Well, hi again my friends. Sorry to have to tell you all this but Trevor and I have broken up but we will be staying friends and might work it out so please stay friends with him and don't think less of him or me - there have been faults and issues on both our sides I guess so we both have to work on it. Even if we don't get back together, I would like you all to stay friends with us both. He's a good man and will always hold a special place in my heart and with some time apart we might be able to patch it up and find that special something we lost somewhere along the way.
Thanks for being our friends and I hope it can stay that way for both Trevor and me.
