1)Army of Sparta Obligations

a) While in the Army of Sparta, you are expected to do the following:

- Help other Army members.

- Contribute to the Army.

- Be prepared at any time for war.

b) As an Army member, you are entitled to:

- The full protection of the Army under proper circumstances (see 'Code of Conduct').

- Any services made possible through the Army.

2) Code of Conduct:

a) Attack Policy:

- You may not attack any single kingdom more than twice in 24 hours, unless the Army is at war with the said kingdom. (see 'War').

- You may not attack a single kingdom in any alliance more than twice in one week. Reason being, we don't need an alliance all over us for someone going off and complaining someone hit them a few times during the week.

b) Counter Policy:

- You may not retaliate against a kingdom if you attacked them first, and they are retaliating against you.

c) Language:

- There will be NO vulgar, profane, racist, sexist, or any severely negative comments on anyone by anyone.

D) Privileges:

- You are not to post on the Army of Sparta's discussion board unless denoted by a '(Post Here)' in the title of the topic. You may post on the wall.

3) War:

a) Attack Policy:

- Our policy states that you may attack any kingdom we are at war with until ordered to stop. This includes attacking whenever, however, and how often you want. Limits do not apply. You are expected to check the Army page everyday to ensure the alliance is still at war with the offender. At the end of every day, the Army enemies will be updated.

b) Aid:

- You may be called upon for either voluntary or involuntary aid. In the case of voluntary aid, you may give aid at your own pleasure. Do not expect this to be paid back, as this is considered a gift (unless otherwise stated). In the case of involuntary aid, you will be ordered to give aid. This will not be paid back. If aid is needed, an issue from the command will be given.

4) Loans:

- You may request a loan from the Legion directly by sending a message to the current Financial Administrator. You have 1 month to pay your dues back to the Legion with a 10% interest rate on the whole total. For every day you are late, you must pay an additional 5% interest. If you have a conflicting schedule for returning the loan on the day of the month the loan is due, contact the Financial Administrator. As long as you inform the Administrator of your predicament, you will not be charged the extra 5% per day. Also, you may only take out loans in 100k gold increments. (THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL OPTION YET. THE LEADER WILL ANNOUNCE WHEN THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE.)

5) Leaving the Army:

- You must inform the leader of your departure 2 days before hand.

- You must withdraw from both the WarBook and Facebook/Bebo groups for the Army. But you may not leave until 2 days have passed since notification, as stated earlier.

- If you leave under honorable reasons, such as to form another alliance, you will receive a parting gift. If it is to form a new alliance, the Army will pay for your new alliance to be formed, under the conditions that the new alliance have an MDP. This will not have to be paid back.

6) Expulsion:

- You can be taken out of the Army at any time, with or without warning.

- If you are found to have multiple accounts in the Army, you can be thrown out.

- If you hit an ally, you can be thrown out. It is your duty to check the Diplomacy Board and see who is allied with the Army.
