- If you are unemployed and live in the North of Glasgow, we may be able to assist you in finding a job. Young people registering with GNRA will be allocated a personal Employment Adviser who can assist with:-
• Careers Guidance
• CV and application forms
• Interview skills and techniques
• Signposting relevant organisations
• Access to relevant funding for jobs
• Access to vacancies and employers
• Practical job seeking skills
Glasgow North Regeneration Agency has a specialist Youth Team which can offer you practical support and assistance if you wish to enter employment, training or further education. The main focus for the team is to assist young people to find work or to identify suitable educational and training opportunities.

- Sometimes just getting ready for work can be costly for you or your parents/gaurdians. We can provide financial support for early stages in employment for things such as travel, work wear, tools and equipment........every little helps.........
- Skillseekers/Modern Apprenticeships
- Working in partnership with Scottish Enterprise Glasgow, Glasgow North Regeneration Agency can help you get into Modern Apprenticeship Programmes. By undertaking this personal development programme you can achieve up to level 3 SVQ’s plus additional core skills.

- Our Get Ready for Work team work with young people to progress their Personal Action Plan (set by Careers Scotland). We offer motivational and personal development training and access to work tasters and placements which allow you the opportunity to make better informed, choices as well as an understanding of the real world of work. Our training is offered in 3 centres as well as in partnership with external partners including the Fire Service, Strathclyde Police and the Local College Network.
- Retail Academy
- Retail Academy based in the Buchanan Galleries has training specifically tailored for the retail industry. You can learn important skills and earn £60 per week allowance.
